Got back from my vacation on Tuesday, but was still recuperating from the busy weekend on Wednesday. I had a wonderful time, went to the beach twice and spent all day from open to close at Knottsberry farm got on one ride after another. I was totally exhausted from the beach all day on Monday I didn't sit down once, played in the water ( it was freezing), built a sandcastle, played ball and Frisbee! Went to a Medieval times dinner show that same evening, it was a blast! I was completely exhausted by 8:00 I was passed out snoring. LOL woke up to watch some tv then passed out again. That's what I get for having a 10 year old be my date!
As far as my choices for food I think I did pretty good. I did indulge on several foods but I was always aware and would try only to eat till I was full or would only taste.
I'm proud of myself and the control I was able to have. I had fun but was in control.
