Well, I stayed the same. !
I'm trying not to let it get me down, but it is a bit of a let down considering I have really been working it at the gym. My eating has not been perfect, but it really never is. I know it should only be about a pound or two loss per week, but I really want to get under 200 so badly that I can almost taste it!!!! Trying not to let it get me down--I will get there, and when I do, it will feel amazing!
I know for sure that if it was not for Spark and my wonderful Spark friends, I would have given up by now. Thank you Sparkpeople!
