WOWWIE!!! What a workout!! 56 mins total and burned 520 calories!
This blog is dedicated to the things that have improved in my fitness, and I am very grateful for, during this program so far.
1. I am skinner today than I was 4 days ago (pictures don't lie!)
2. My heart rate recovers at a MUCH faster rate!
3. I can last freaking 54 minutes doing straight cardio!!! Haven't been able to do that since I was young!!
4. When I walk during the day, I kind of bounce along.
5. My leg muscles are not so tight anymore!
6. I have control and balance over my stretches!
7. I am about 35% more flexible than I was just 2 weeks ago!
8. My results of fat loss are pretty much immediate.
9. My workout program allows me to eat a TON! I eat when I am hungry, and that's that. It works, no matter how high my calories are. (I eat a mainly healthy/clean diet)
10. I love cardio for the first time in my life, ever!!
