Marathon Week One--Workout Three

Good workout today. Quick 10 minutes on the elliptical, full-body workout which includes around 30 sets on various machines plus free-weights (takes about 30 minutes to complete), then a brisk 2 mile walk.
The best part? I felt that "killer instinct" again today and feel so glad that my body is responding so quickly to being back in the game. Makes me hungry for more!
Tomorrow--5k walk-jog and that's it. Look forward to it. Hope you all had a great day!
