Its been a while ima make this quick lol my baby is a bit fussy lol so yeah. i gave birth on Oct 2nd 2021 yeah 2 weeks early lol. my love came back on sep the first week. So he did come a month before i gave birth. 10hrs of it too it was all good :) no epidural :) but they did an internal monotering that hurt me so bad i cried and yeah it went down hill. my baby girl was 6 pounds 2 ounces. Now she is 12.5 lbs and 23 inches lol shes big. I got up to 187 lbs at 3 months postpartum and did a little effort to exercise to i gained 1.5 lbs i think breast feeding is helping me stay there lol. so im 188.5 but feel better than before i was pregnant i have bigger hips ;| which bothered me at first but now im like hey all that fat is distributed even better. not saying that ill stay at this weight at all but saying i feel better even if my jeans dont fit me anymore :_(.
so now im starting to workout with my husband. a workout from bodybuiling.com. Im starting to take multi vitamins and cla also protein shake cuz its necessary now that im not just doing regular cardio but lifting weights and stuff yeah. i plan to loose all that baby fat and weight 170pounds like my senior yr back in high school. then 150 my healthy weight and lastly like 125-120 pounds at my dream weight which is still a healthy rage at my height.
right now im so sore from the workout from yesterday it was day 1 so it was exhausting. my motivation is high and energy moderate. My diet plan is none. lol i eat a good breakfast lunch and dinner. No paistries or candy or soda though lol im trying to eat healthy though because i do want this to be a life changing thing because i want to set a good example for our baby girl :).
