Besides eating healthy and working out I have made and am planning to make some other changes in my life to be healthier for myself now and for when I get pregnant.
I'm already taking pre-natal vitamins - my first time taking vitamins since I used to beg my mom for the Flintstones ones.
I spent a good part of today researching how to make my own natural cleaners as to reduce the amount of chemicals and toxins that I use in my home. I'm even planning on making my own laundry detergent. Should help our budget as well!
I already switched my beauty products to natural products - lots of Burt's Bees & I love Moroccan argan oil.
I have also made some changes to reduce my carbon footprint. I use cloth napkins, all my lunches are as close to zero waste as possible and, when the weather is better, we are going to start composting as much waste as possible.
I'm interested to find out what changes others are making, besides food and fitness, to better their lives?
