Okay, so I injured my knee while working out on a sparkpage kick boxing boot camp video a few weeks ago...Fell off had to get a leg brace, meds...
Today was the best i've felt since my injury and I over did it(treadmill, spark videos, jumping rope among other things)...Don't regret it at all...My knee spoke to me, really it said, "STOP OVER DOING IT"...
So I did, but I was reved up, happy to be back on track...took it easy with some Pilates and guess what... I LIKE IT!!!
So what did I practice today??? One step at a time...and we can all succeed!!!
