Not really keeping track on my calorie intake lately, Today was my quitting day for smoking. I've been working on this for almost 2 months now. Once I have this all situated then I will be back to my weight loss. However I can say that even with me not counting calories I have stayed at my stable weight since I posted last time. I'm pretty proud of myself since I have been eating a little more because of the cutting back on Cigarettes. Well I will be back on soon. Just wanted to tell you my good news. One Step at a time to a healthy me emoticon

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I quit smoking too. I chewed a lot of gum and drank ice water so I could crunch on the ice cubes, plus lots of showers to get the nicotine off my skin....I am proud of you!
