Finally, after years of starting a weight loss, I finally decided not to lose weight. I decided to make a lifestyle change. I started on Jan7th and I haven't stopped since. I am apart of large zumba support group and attend zumba at least 4 days a week. I also ran for nearly 6 minutes for the first time yesterday. At the beginning of February, a minute of running was so hard! I am seeing changed in my body I haven't experienced in a long time and my quality of life is SO much better. My body is happy with me and I feel good! My goal is too lose enough weight and stick with zumba long enough that I'll be a zumba instructor. I'v always loved aerobics and dance, so I feel like I'm coming back around to the old, active, youthful me. This is exciting and I am looking forward to more chage! Started at 272...down to 254.9 today! Woot!
