I did p90x disc 3 for arms.
I burned 1093 calories,5127 steps and2.02 miles.
I know I actually do more steps that I record since I don't put my Fitbit on sometimes until I leave the house so I am always happy if I do 5000 or more.
I ate good again, 9 days no fries or chips.BUT i did have chocolate.:(
I did have a plum and I am going to have a small bowl of cereal and a clementine for dinner.
I do make a good breakfast ,oatmeal or cream of wheat with a banana we split in half, flaxseed and now we are adding pure coconut oil to it. I read on one of the blogs that it is good for alzheimers. I am trying it to help my husband to keep getting better with his stroke and quite frankly I can use a brain boost.
Lunch is sometimes worse since I am away from home but I try to be good, and supper is usually pretty light and I try to eat healthy.
We also have at least a smoothie a day.
Well, lets hope I can keep pushing.
