I have so much physical pain that I don't want to exercise. I have been doing an hour every day for the past month. Still don't like the pain. My husband suggested that I cut back on the tension on the pedals of the bike. He says you can get the same results without so much pain. I will be trying that this next week. In the meantime my doctor says he would rather me take a pain pill and exercise than not exercise at all. All these lifestyle adjustments are no fun. I guess I was hoping for a magic genie to make every thing right.
