Day 5 - Bad, bad knee

It's been raining here for two days and my knee noticed. It looks like a baseball and hurts like someone is hitting me with a bat. So, no exercise for me today :(
I feel angry, because I was on a streak, but... A while ago I would cheat on myself and pretend I exercised so that it wouldn't look bad, or be happy about it cause I could skip a workout. So, in a way, angry is good.
I'm putting ice on it like my life depends on it, hoping to be back on the bike as soon as possible. I'm paying extra attention to what I eat and I hope it will not affect my progress.
I'm also a bit nervous about tomorrow, since I have a planned dinner with not so healthy choices. I'm trying to see if I will be able to control portion sizes. So lets hope I pass the test!
On other news I got SparkCoach yesterday and I'm really excited about that! I'll let you know my thoughts after I get to test it for a while.

    Hahaha I'll do my very best! I won't drink alcohol at all (I rather eat the calories) so I have a better chance at restraining myself :P

    careful with your knee one or two's days rest is better than making it worse and missing a week. I know you'll do well at your dinner, enjoy yourself (but not tooo much lol)
