My wife had never smoked and when I was, I kept getting these little nudges to guit. for example, if I as much as flicked the ashes into a fresh ashtray, it disappeared and another one showed up. I finally got the message and threw them away (the cigarettes, not the ash trays,)
You can do it! You ARE Doing It! YEAH! Good for you! Day by day-moment to moment-urge to....no urge It's hard -BUT YOU ARE WORTH IT! Take it from a former smoker- time will go by & you will be FREE! I ate a lot of mints, chewed gum & chewed my pens.Patches & gum... Bless you! Get a phone buddy who can talk you through the urge. I did & it helped My x hubby was my phone buddy & we became good friends again.
Woo Hoo! Way to go! Two weeks to get the nicotine out of your system and after that it is all triggers. Glad you are thinking of them now. You are doing awesome!
