No cigarettes for me today!

    My wife had never smoked and when I was, I kept getting these little nudges to guit. for example, if I as much as flicked the ashes into a fresh ashtray, it disappeared and another one showed up. I finally got the message and threw them away (the cigarettes, not the ash trays,)

It's hard -BUT YOU ARE WORTH IT!
Take it from a former smoker- time will go by & you will be FREE!
I ate a lot of mints, chewed gum & chewed my pens.Patches & gum...

Get a phone buddy who can talk you through the urge. I did & it helped emoticon
