Good news - everything is benign, nothing sinister (as the dr said) - so this is great news. I'm starting back on my ST slowly, went out a bit today. Things are slowly getting better, I'm getting my strength back, and when things stop hurting I'll be back to normal.

So YAY for all of that!!!!!!
