So my teammate, Steph, has challenged us Ninjas to think about the word stability. After reading Steph's and Freelady blog I have given it some thought.
I definitely have a 'stable zone'. It is a beautiful place. It is when I am eating healthy, feeling strong, focused and motivated. I'm just in the zone. Not tempted, not even craving.
Once in a while I'm out of it - like now! TOM is the main time, sneaks up when I'm not paying attention, gets me a little moody and throws off that equilibrium. Then if I'm tired on top of it I make mistakes in my eating like last night - ugh!
How to deal and find that stability again? I believe planning to be the key. Plan activities, meals and especially a nap at that TOM. Surround myself with safe food, knowing this too shall pass. What will it pass into.......
