I have been learning how to listen to my body and its appetite. One thing I have noticed is I am full on LESS. yay. Progress.
However, I keep on overeating because my new level of overeating is STILL a habit. so I still need to listen to my body and use active mental techniques too.
I had to decrease my food again. and . . . . NOT overly full. yay. that helped a lot.
So this is my new goal to try and remember every couple of months and assess if I'm full? Do I need less? should I get a snack?
