This week I'm trying a new strength training program SIX WEEK SHRED. This program combines the popular style of HIIT(High-Intense Interval Training) with the effective weight-training technique: One Hundreds training. This program is suppose to "torch fat" more than a regular strength training. My goal to drop my body fat down 3%.
