Basically, I've eaten like CRAP this week. Not completely and totally blown my life out of control, but I ate a lot of high(er) sodium and carbo loaded foods, which in turns leaves me feeling TOTALLY bloated and just gross!
Last night I decided that since I'm at the beginning of month 2 of Turbo Fire, I'm going to start it out by doing a 3-day Shakeology Cleanse which started THIS MORNING.
When I woke up, I had a cup of Lipton Green Tea followed by 1 serving of Greenberry Shakeology mixed with 1 cup mixed blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. (9:30am)
For a snack, I had a Gala apple. (11am)
Lunch was another Shakeo but I didn't add fruit this time (12:30pm)
I just ate dinner which was 2 cups of spinach, sliced yellow bell pepper, 2 whole mushrooms, and 3 shredded baby carrots with a 4oz grilled tilapia fillet (5pm)
I get to have another "snack" later which is another serving of Shakeo that I think I'll have after I do my workout.
I'm usually not a big fan of "quick fixes" but I know that Shakeo is PACKED of fantastic nutrients and I want to just help jumpstart my body again! Hopefully I make it without getting too hungry haha.
