I'm adding in exercise to my dietary changes. I ordered Leslie Sansone walk and jog and another dvd from my library. They should be here tomorrow or the next day. When I get paid I am buying one off amazon. I need to MOVE MORE. I have a pretty sedentary life right now and that has got to change.
I wonder how many calories I will burn doing these dvds. I wish that information was on the cover. You would think it would be a selling point and that someone would put it there. Anyway, it will be better than sitting.
I can't wait for spring so I can start jogging. I refuse to do it in the ice and snow because I'm afraid of slipping and falling and breaking something. Broke my arm once slipping on the ice. Don't want a repeat of that.
Anyway, the dvd's are on their way and I promise to be a good girl and actually do them.
