This is my current picture at 186 pounds. My goal is 150, so I have roughly about forty pounds that I want to lose to get to my goal weight. Today I sit here and I think what is going to make me successful on this mission.
For starters, I am a new Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian and I am still finding it difficult to get all of my nutrition, but I love the fact that SparkPeople food tracker shows all the essentials for counting your food. It shows me what I need more of and where I am lacking. Everyday is a learning process and I am learning more and more about Vegetarian lifestyle.
I thought about some essentials with starting this new Journey and I thought I would share them with you.
1) Be Informed- Online is truly our best tool because it is free information. Find a few journals that are exercise, food, and lifestyle related that are going to motivate you to push forward.
2) Action- As you go through each week think about something that you can create into exercise.
3) Plan your Meals- Going online and finding nutrition and food information is one of the easiest things you can do....
4) Creativity- You have to think outside the box sometimes, everything can't always be easy....spice it up!
