Week 16, day 4

It's not been easy to exercise today as I have had such a busy day teaching. I've managed 3 ten minute Cardio blast workouts though and up and down stairs 10 times.

I've booked in at 7am tomorrow morning for the swimming class at the gym so I need an early night if I am going to be out of bed on time. emoticon At least I should get my exercise in early tomorrow morning.

    Wow! I am impressed. That is so great that you being so busy. You are showing a lot of determination. You are really doing fabulous to get up that early and do a swimming class. You go girl. You are going to be so much healthier by this time next year. you will be wanting to take off from your busy schedule to take a beach trip in order to show off that slimmer body. (LOL) I hope that I can do the same by this time next year. We are working on it.
