Day 152 Thinking

Been thinking about a lot of things. Mostly things that tend to stress me out. And one other just got added to my list. My list is so long for things I need to get done, things I need to take care of or make sure stays well, it's makes everyday things tough. I'm still pushing for the weight loss, that will not move to the back burner, I've worked to hard for that to happen. But looks like I need to find a good daycare or something so I can go back to work while my husband is at work. We need more money to be more financially stable in this horrible economy. His current job costs us around $100 a week in gas because they make him travel store to store, then that can't even guarantee what will be going on this spring to summer. I would prefer to work at home, something not to difficult, and that would still allow me plenty of time to spend with my family. I have yet to come across anything yet. So today I've not only evaluated our situation, but my goals, are they still realistic. I think they are. I have used the treadmill only a couple of times, I have yet to schedule any more appointments whether with the doctor or therapist, don't even know what I want to do on that one. Been in so much pain this week, I haven't been doing a whole lot of anything. Here's my current goals until I need to change them:

1) Lose 1 pound a week
2) Schedule "me" time
3) Always make time for any type of workout
4) Write things down, so less is on my mind, check off as I go
5) Time myself, want to improve my timing on 3-5 mile walks (even if it's only on the treadmill)
6) Kick up my strength training a notch
7) Work on slowly reincorporating my Kickboxing video as my heart allows
8) Continue with my Leslie Sansone walking DVD when I am not using the treadmill
9) Try to make a date night even if it's at home after the kids go to bed 2x a month minimum
10) Keep track of most everything on Sparkpeople
11) Find time to draw, color, paint, write to relax myself

OH and my 2 younger daughters birthdays are coming up, been thinking about that quite a bit too. They will be 2 and 6 on March 1st and March 6th. My older 2 have November birthdays, they just turned 14 and 8. Oh and on Saturday will be my 5 month Sparkversary, plus I'm only 1 pound away from my 30 pound weight loss.
