When I took some time today to really look at what I do during the day I realized just how much time I actually have to fit in some exercise. I feel like I am busy all the time but how much of that time is wasted? I sit at a desk all day long, I could be using some of this time to do small exercises like leg lifts, squeezing a stress ball, etc. My husband and daughter are usually in bed pretty early because of work and school schedules, what do I really do during that time. Paying bills, folding laundry is all important but I am going to try over the next week to spend at least 30 minutes of that time working out. I am going to post motivational messages in places that will remind me of this important part of my weight loss. No more excuses that I don't have time to work out!
