What a day! whew. good day but man carb frenzy! Tues we bought an italian cake well like a bread that was on sale, a apple carmel loaf that was on sale, and biscotti on sale at costco. Can yu tell we went while hungry! OMG and who has been crazy since!!!! Hubby can have a bit and be fine, me it's like if I dont eat it now omg gotta have it now... not like I have a house full of people going to eat it on me. So............. what a food diary the naturopath will have! carbs. well did have great stirfry!

So saw a cancellation apt on their fb page and since thety hadn't called at 5 I figured oh well thats okay march 11 isn't that far. While I was out iwth allie, she called said come for 10:30 tomorrow. EEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKK. okay.... lol So have to fill out all 7 of the pages of questionaire and the food diary.

Also remembered to get more epsom salts while at coscto cos will have a nice bath this eve.
Read and drink my water and green tea.

Not much more new, back really bothering me, but got floors vacumned with the dyson for the trailer, it is small and light. and washed the kitchen floor. Did a bit of shredding and walked allie. Oh took dd to walmart and sobeys then home.

Okay off I go to make way for my paperwork good think i enjoy that part LOL
