Only down 400g (little under a pound) this week. I didn't think I had lost much, I couldn't feel much change in my clothes etc. I guess to loose slowly is a good thing as it is meant to reduce the chance of yoyo dieting & starvation mode. I just have to remember I am eating well 99% of the time & exercising 99% as well. I do have days of rest from exercise too.
Interestingly, last week I was down 1kg but my measurements hadn't reflected the same. This week I have 4cm off my waist!!! 1.5cm off my hips, which is huge coz it takes a long time to come off the hips.
I like how I need to use a belt in my jeans now...woot!woot! In a very in between spot with clothing. Don't have much summer stuff that I fit. It's all a bit too tight or baggy. I don't really want to buy new either. Maybe i'll have a look in the op shops.
So 5kg down in 7weeks. Doesn't sound anything amazing, but I'm happy it's coming off anyway.
