Tomorrow I am going to up the protein intake and drink more water and ice-cold green tea to control hunger and cravings. Cocoa powder in almond milk may work as well. I do not want to add BCAA yet as they are expensive. Hope this will help!

    What helps me is to add real food and full fat to my diet. Try a single full fat yogurt or nuts. Skip diet soda...I read that it makes you hungry because your body is expecting calories. Also, if you are craving something naughty, eat a small portion of it. I find that if I don't do that, I eat everything in the house, trying to control my desire for one forbidden item.
