8 weeks ago, I listed the following as my goals:
1. Exercise 100 min a week.
2. Eat 3-5 fruits and veggies a day.
3. Make one big healthy meal a week I can freeze for lunches or dinners.
Well, I haven't done a good job at meeting these goals. I've been very inconsistent in exercise and eating vegetables. Eating veggies is an ongoing struggle. I have been good about making healthy meals at last once a week that I can eat the rest of the week. That's been pretty easy with the crock pot.
I've had difficulty staying on track with exercise because of my health and my recent loss of a kitty I had for 18 years. We put her to sleep almost 2 weeks ago. Leading up to that point, for over a month, we were battling with the decision about when it was time to let her go. This caused me to have a lot of migraines and daily headaches bordering on migraines. I'm still having the daily headaches but they are easing up some. I honestly haven't been even thinking about exercising since Pandora died. I'm letting myself grieve. She was my constant companion and a great source of joy and comfort for me. It's very hard not having her here. I will bounce back soon.
The good news is that I have lost the weight I gained over the holidays and lost a little as well.
