WI wasn't good this morning but with all of my birthday celebrating I knew it was going to happen. I gained 5.4lbs! What the what!(in my Mr. Brown's voice).
I need to restructure the tools that I have so that I can stop this yo-yo of weight gain. I have a goal that I'm going to make and today is the day that I going to change up a few things....
* Changing my dp# to 3 pts higher and lowering my wp# by 21 since I'm getting those pts added to my dp#.
* I'm going back to my 3 days a week run @ 5.5mph instead of 6.1 so that I can enjoy the workout as well as be in my right heart rate to lose weight and not over do it.
* I know how important it is for me to have outdoor activities but this weather her in AR is so crazy that one day its warm & sunny (70 degrees or above) and the next day its back in the 40's. I spent the past few weeks getting over a sinus infection and to my surprise I'm starting to feel bad all over again and with that being said I'm going to keep myself on the inside when working out until SPRING arrives.
* Praying that March 2nd (RACE DAY) has warmer weather --fingers are crossed!
I'm looking forward to tweaking some of the things because I know they have worked in the past. I'm also hoping that with a few more points each day that it will help me from snacking or just wanting to eat.
I saw a movie (Won't Back Down) and a lady had a rubber band on her wrist and whenever she had something bad to say she would pop the rubber band instead. I'm going to try this today for every time I think about junk food I'm going to give myself a nice reminder. Ouch!! It's nice to have a reminder to keep me in check.
It's another day's journey and I'm glad about it!
