So i have just realized how wishy washing i was with my weight loss program. I didnt own a scale. (Not one that worked atleast) I wasn't tracking my food. (With the food at work i dont always have exact numbers but i know i can atlest come close) and i wasnt even wearing my pedometer to work. So i have gotten serious. I bought a good scale. I bought a book from prevention. (Worth a shot right? it only cost me about 3 dollars.) And i have started up my goal sheets again. They are cute peices of paper that i printed out my goals on Each one runs for one month. From the first to the 30th. (Or 28th or 31st. Depending on the month) and i am starting a motivational wall. (Well door) On my closet doors i am going to have a "Garden" I create a center of a flower with paper with the start date and weight. then i cut out flower petals and color them different colors. Then from now on every time i lose a pound i get to put a petal on my flower. with the date and current weight each flower will be complete once i reach on of my "Mid term" Goals. my first flower will be complete once i reach 290 pounds. Then i start another flower for another goal weight. (To be determined later)
