I did it! Took 513 days to get there, but I am finally in the "normal" range on the BMI scale! This was my goal when I had my WLS back in September of 2011 -- to get to "normal"!

May not be normal in other ways, but at least I am on this one!

Somehow, getting into that normal BMI range seems to be a major emotional milestone. Pre-Spark, I bounced off numbers just above the top of healthy BMI 2 or 3 times, and I didn't really believe I could get there . . . until it happened.

Now comes the hard part: You need to figure out where you're going within the healthy range!
