White fish vera cruz

Thursday, February 21, 2013

This. This fish. So good. I may have tried to eat J's portion before he got home from work (but restrained myself). 90 calories for 4 ounces, full of flavor, so tasty, so filling. I highly reccomend it. Even if you arent much of a fish or an olive person. It is not one of those types of fish that is very flakey or overly fishy, just a nice buttery kind of taste. The olives are not overpowering either, but complement. I bought this at Trader Joe's, and I believe it was 4.99/lb, which I think is a pretty good price for something thats tasty and easy.
