I am posting this to be honest with myself in the fact that I have slipped... But I have gained 4 lbs since my last weigh in a few weeks ago. If this is going to work, and be a life change, I can't just post about the good stuff. I have to fess up to the slip ups, the oopsies, the mistakes, the "what were you thinkings" lol.

So, I am at 154.4 now. Lesson noted.

    I hope it was mostly water weight - don't beat yourself up too much just take a step to make the right choices one at a time today and tomorrow.

    Before you start beating yourself up, remember that water weight fluctuates as much as 10lbs in a week (at least it has for me) so you may not have gained any BAD weight at all. Keep plugging away and know that you only cheat yourself if you aren't tracking everything taken in for food. emoticon
