This has been a good day so far. I got up, checked my e-mail, sparked a little (not too much) and then did my morning floor exercises. I haven't been doing them consistently any more, and know that I need to get back on track. My activity level hasn't been up to par lately, and I was just being lazy. I didn't want to get down on the floor to do my exercises, it's not that I don't like doing them, I just didn't want to. Time to reign that back in and do what I need to do for my health, not just what I want to do :)
I'm looking forward to this evening, my granddaughter will be over and we have lots to do. We are having spaghetti tonight for dinner, and she can help get that ready, we have laundry to fold, and since we are potty training, the timer on my phone goes off every 30 minutes so we can use the potty. 2 year olds are so much fun, but also alot of work. I am very blessed to spend as much time with her as I do.
Back to work!

I make the choice to exercise or not daily
I make the choice to have a positive frame of mind
I make the choice to be healthy!
Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water
~ 10,000 steps
~ 15 flights of stairs
~ WW meeting and WI at noon
~ keep an open mind
~ journal every bite
~ weigh and measure food today
~ journal thoughts and feelings surrounding eating today
~ smile at least once an hour
~ learn something new and remember what I learned
~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack today
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff
