Weigh in day. I'm at 182, up .2 from last week. It's TOM. And I've upped my calories and resistance training. So maybe I'm putting on muscle. Oh, Caren, you're so full of excuses! It was a surprise to see the weight up on the scale because I haven't been weighing daily. And it was a disappointment to end the Biggest Loser New Year- New You Winter Challenge up 4.4 pounds in 10 weeks. I'm also afraid of failing in the Keeping it Real section of the Fat2Fit podcast.
I'm going to stay the course of 1700 calories, strength training, and drinking more water, and trust the process.
