Day 2 of being AWESOME

I had a cold last week and finally felt up to working out yesterday morning, which was exciting since my Body Pump had arrived!
I did the introduction which was about 25 minutes and slow as they showed you proper form between moves, at the end I was about to fall over my legs were so weak, so I know it worked them out hard!
I'm so sore today I don't feel like moving LOL
I always kept to my calorie range and finished right on target with everything, I was so proud!
I have recorded so far today, I'm feeling like snacking all day today, not sure why, boredom maybe, so I'm trying to distract myself and think about my goals and drink lots of water.
