March Goals

So I am not going to meet my mini goal of hitting 25 lbs lost by early March. Partly this was due to an almost 3 week plateau but it was a pretty ambitious goal to begin with. My husband always says I am too ambitious with my goals. I prefer to set really hard goals though. Reach for the stars and all that. I think what is important is that I am not disappointed nor am I letting my failure to hit my goal deter me. Do I wish I had lost more? Yes of course but ultimately I have been eating well and exercising consistently and have been seeing moderate results. I am on track to hit 18-20 lbs lost.

So my new goal now is to hit the 140's (149.9 lbs) by March 23rd. I hit the 150's this week and I am psyched. I haven't been in the 150's in over 6 yrs so it means a lot to reach that milestone. It will take me losing 2lbs/week to hit the 140's goal, which I have been struggling to do but I think it is a doable with some hard work.
