Week 7 of 2013 is DONE!

I am sensing a downward spiral yet again.

I must figure out how to keep on track 99% of the time not just 50% or 75% of the time.

At least I see it happening now and can take steps to fix the issues.

MUST log BOTH food AND fitness!

MUST drink WATER!

Still feeling positive!

    The only way is up! Catching yourself doing it is half the battle! I believe current wisdom is the 80/20 rule - do it right 80% of the time and you can 'relax' for 20% of the time? Maybe that's not applicable to 'diets' I dunno! Drink more water - I'm working on that too - I'm terrible at it - don't know why really because when I DO drink water, I enjoy it!
