Week 7 of 2013 is DONE!
I am sensing a downward spiral yet again.
I must figure out how to keep on track 99% of the time not just 50% or 75% of the time.
At least I see it happening now and can take steps to fix the issues.
MUST log BOTH food AND fitness!
MUST drink WATER!
Still feeling positive!
