Day three cleanse (yesterday)

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Yesterday was just a ton of fruits and veggies all day. It was pretty easy because I was at my nursing clinical so I didn't really have time to think about much else. But, I did cheat yesterday! I had TWO little mini candies. :( I didn't even have a craving for them.. they were just there. Maybe it's because someone close to me said something that made me a little emotional... but I don't want to put the blame on that because I'm really not sure. Anyway I'm sure those two little candies didn't ruin my whole day of eating good fruits and veggies. :) I am feeling a lot less bloated than day one. This is helping a lot in that aspect. My digestive system is getting to where it (I know this sounds weird) but feels cleaner too. :) Haven't been eating out or eating any prepackaged food. The reason I'm posting today for yesterday was because I was so tired after clinical last night I basically fell asleep. Plus, I am located in the middle of the snow storm in Missouri. I think we are expecting about 10 inches here where I am. So I figured it was ok to leave the blog for today - it's not like I have other stuff to do besides this and homework! :) I will blog later about how Day 4 (today) is going. :) Have a good day!

emoticon emoticon Thundersnow! That's what we got here in Mid MO. Also, ice, sleet and a mix of everything. Not much accumulation though. Good job with the eating. I am sure two tiny candies won't throw off all the great work you are doing. Don't even let it be a blip on your radar. Be careful out there! Hope you didn't get as much snow as they forecasted.
