emoticon Well Tuesday & Wednesday I ate everything that was nailed down. I still drank plenty of water but that has never been a problem. I started the mornings great....its when it came to lunch and dinner was a different story. I usually have Sunday as my..."I can have what I want day." But I just worked 8 days straight...ate good on those days...then it went down the toilet. I'm a soldier because I'm back on point.

    Maybe stocking up on some high fiber low calorie veggie snacks might help. They can be filling and if you feel the need to eat they will not have the high calorie cost many foods might. Hope that helps. Best wishes!!!
