running for cheese... and bacon

I didn't take a down day yesterday like I said I would. Thought about moving it to today but....

I'm having a bacon cheese burger with avocado on sourdough for dinner tonight. I've already seasoned, weighed out, and formed the patties, and cooked the bacon. I'm having tater babies with it too. I'm excited. I love cheese burgers and tater babies! It's all going to fit within my desired calorie deficit, and probably even my macros too.

So i will go walk/run around on the trail for a little while. Then i can have my dinner, and sit on my butt playing Sims 3 for a couple hours, and read a few chapters of my book, and even eat other food today, and it will all fit together just fine. I can have a cheeseburger and fries without beating myself up for it, because I'm not doing anything "bad". i think.

I'm going with it and I'm going to enjoy it!

    I agree with you. No food should be off limits as long as it fits onyour calorie range.
