I know, I know, it is a tired and trite headline for this little blog, but it fits. After a full year of flirting with the 250-lb mark, a nagging injury notwithstanding, and not making much progress at all, I am back in the game. So there it is again in case you missed the worn out sports phrase the first time. But seriously, I am feeling good about myself and ready to commit anew to some serious, long-term, healthy-me lifestyle changes. I am already swimming on a regular basis and look more tone and have more energy. The eating habits, meanwhile, have been Jekyll and Hyde style. Hello, Dr. Jekyll; good riddance, Mr. Hyde.
