Think in terms of depletion, not depression. . . . You can understand how a body can replenish itself, whereas it may be difficult to understand the way out of depression.
When you think about depression as a depletion, it makes life easier to live. Being born depressed and not knowing it, life was always difficult. A depletion can be easily corrected. There is no fault.

1. Buy cereal
2. Clear off and pack craft table
Food as always will be a goal.
