So, I'm supposed to blog about any differences I've noticed outside of weight loss (which is a little slow, but its really my fault on that front). Anyway, major change? I can now run up a flight of stairs and not get super winded. Its pretty exciting! I can get through tough workouts and rather than give up, I look at it like a prizefight. Motivated me has to win over lazy me!
