Soup and Salad week

I have decided to try and have a Soup and Salad week ....I'm going to see how it effects the scale!!! emoticon

My week will include:

Eggs
Chicken
Baby Spinach
Apples
Oranges
Strawberries
Raspberries
Taco Soup (the soup is a WW recipe)
Last but not least...lots and lost of water emoticon

    I've already blown it...I ate 4 ounce of Baked lays....I'm going to keep trying the rest of the night....and the next 6 days!
