I have decided to try and have a Soup and Salad week ....I'm going to see how it effects the scale!!!
My week will include:
Eggs
Chicken
Baby Spinach
Apples
Oranges
Strawberries
Raspberries
Taco Soup (the soup is a WW recipe)
Last but not least...lots and lost of water
