I hate when I feel like I have lost weight, then step on the scale and have GAINED. And it's not like I have been weight lifting or whatever else to build muscle. Walking 2 times and yoga once. I probably shouldn't weigh myself very often but I like to see where I'm at and if I need to tweak my diet. Yesterday I had 1300 calories and felt pretty good. Just keep plugging away I guess =)
