173.0 REALLY?????

I hate when I feel like I have lost weight, then step on the scale and have GAINED. And it's not like I have been weight lifting or whatever else to build muscle. Walking 2 times and yoga once. I probably shouldn't weigh myself very often but I like to see where I'm at and if I need to tweak my diet. Yesterday I had 1300 calories and felt pretty good. Just keep plugging away I guess =)

    Hang in there! You know that nasty scale lies, right? Keep following your plan, focusing on nutrition, fitness and water, water, water!

    Yup, just keep plugging. Sometimes it seems like the biggest losses come after one of those awful weigh-ins...if it's followed by consistent walking the walk. Just keep plugging. Over here, we'll all be cheering for you, now AND when the loss comes!
