It is almost the end of February and I think I ran outside twice so far this year. It has been so cold and I feel like such a wimp because my granddaughter is doing the plunge this year. It is a fundraiser for the special olympics where they cut a hole in the ice on a lake and people "take the plunge". She is 11 and asked me to jump with her; I declined and told her I am too wimpy to go jump in the lake before the ice has melted.
