So, I started a new detox diet on Tuesday. I have to take 2 pills a day and drink this shake once a day. So far, so good. I feel NO difference yet but I'm willing to give it a week to see what happens. The good thing is I'm definitely eating healthier...which I can keep up for a while since it isn't really hard. the worst thing is not being able to eat oatmeal or eggs...I'm used to coming to work and making my bowl of oatmeal :-( so I've been making spinach and fruit plates for breakfast lately.
I actually went to the gym late last night. I hardly did anything, but only because I'm not used to that gym. I figured what I DID do, had to count as something lol I'll be going back to my normal gym tonight tho so hopefully i'll make up for yesterday.
