Here are a couple things I found on Pinterest today...
Get in a few extra minutes doing exercises durning the commericals.
The commercial determines what you do!
Going to try these this weekend!
I love pancakes. I add a scoop of protein whey powder and use a non stick griddle so no oils/butter needed. Usually I put bananas or blueberries in it.
Here's one using something new to me Quinoa. I'll use wheat flour instead of white flour and give it a try!
