Here are a couple things I found on Pinterest today...

Get in a few extra minutes doing exercises durning the commericals.
The commercial determines what you do!

Going to try these this weekend!
I love pancakes. I add a scoop of protein whey powder and use a non stick griddle so no oils/butter needed. Usually I put bananas or blueberries in it.
Here's one using something new to me Quinoa. I'll use wheat flour instead of white flour and give it a try!

    Great exercise plan while on CM. let me know how's pancake turns out.
I am very interesting in quinoa right now. Although I nave cooked one and I don't have it in my house yet. But would like to try some quinoa. Looking for recipe for chocolate brownie made with quinoa. (*^^*)

    The TV Commercial workout is very fun!! I usually exercise when watching commercials duing Biggest Loser cause I feel so guilty watching their hard work and sitting on my buttinski. I'll have to do it more often!!!! thanks!- Kris

    I love Pinterest. I promise myself a certain number of minutes for accomplishing tracking and exercising each day. Lots of healthy lifestyle ideas and recipes, so well worth my time. Your boards look fascinating. You have been very busy!
