Morning motivation - my reasons

I'm feeling kind of down and tired this morning. I've been reading some of the SP blog posts and it's helping, so I figured I should contribute too. Here is my list of reasons to eat healthfully and lose weight:

- I'll be healthier
- My feet and knees won't hurt
- I'll have more energy
- I'll have more confidence
- I'll be a good example for my daughters
- I'll inspire and support others
- I'll be more physically fit
- I'll dance better
- I'll hike better
- I'll be more attractive
- I'll be able to buy cute clothes
- I'll feel more in control
- I'll live longer
- I'll be able to participate better in fun activities
- I won't worry about having a photo taken
- My friends will be proud of me
- Less snoring and better sleep

A year ago, I would have bought a bag of chocolate chip cookies on this kind of day. Not anymore - I feel so much better on smoothies and salads.
