That's right.. it is Thursday and so far everything is good! I made it thru the past 5 days.. first one starting out as a high carb day and the following 4 low carb days. Did well... lost 5 pounds. I know that isn't the norm and I will not continue to lose that much. I am hoping for 1.5 lbs per week average so I can make my goal in April. I will weight in again on Sunday and take measurements. Then I will reassess my weekly goals.
Looking forward to today... the HIGH day! High cals and High carbs.. Woot! Works out well too bc tonight is date night w/ hubby! We have to plan our date nights according to my daughter's nursing schedule (she is medical/special needs). So for now, Thursdays it is!
Workouts are going well too! Right on track. Right now I am running (ok.. well jogging!) 3 days per week as I am working on a C210K program. Then I am performing 3 days of strength training circuits.... bustin' my butt!
Alright... outta here. Have to go get my "run" on!
